Introducing to-do's in Propely ๐Ÿ“ฃ
With the new release of activities (like to-do's) in Propely, there has never been easier to keep track of upcoming tasks.

Task management has always been a key functionality of Propely. However - sometimes all you need is a simple reminder to follow up a tenant regarding their contract, contact a contractor or discuss a task on the next internal meeting.

Today, we are proud to introduce to-do's in Propely. To-do's are a quick and simple way to create reminders for you or your teammates in Propely. To-do's can both be private or shared with your team, making it easy to keep everyone in the loop.

Get started with to-do's

To get started with to-do's, you can either go to a tenant or the "To-do's" page in the left navigation bar. From there, you can start writing to-do's in the top bar.

From there, you are free to share and delegate the to-do to other team members, set deadlines and connect it to tenants or documentation collections on properties. Propely will automatically remind you and/or the responsible person when to-do's are due.

โ„น๏ธ Note. To-do's are only available for customers paying for the premium tenant or building-module. Please contact your customer success manager to enable to-do's.

What is the difference between a to-do and task in Propely?

Traditional tasks in Propely are built to handle bigger tasks with activity logs, files and checklists. To-do's on the other hand is a quick and simple way to create personal or shared reminders of simple tasks that do not require documentation to be uploaded in the system, like to renegotiate a lease contract.
